How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find TradeSignal AI in the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. On Android, open Google Play Store → Subscriptions → TradeSignal AI → Cancel.

Why am I not receiving signals?

Check your internet connection and ensure push notifications are enabled for TradeSignal AI in your device settings. Signals are generated every night before markets open. If the issue persists, try force-closing and reopening the app.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open TradeSignal AI and go to your Profile tab. Tap “Restore Purchase” and sign in with the Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase. Your subscription will be automatically restored.

What is the difference between Core and Quantum signals?

Core signals are free and include entry price, stop-loss, and 1 profit target. Quantum signals use an advanced AI model with higher historical accuracy, 3 profit targets, confidence scores, and risk/reward ratios. Quantum requires a premium subscription ($9.99/month).

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap “Delete Account”. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions first. You can also email us at [email protected] to request account deletion.
